I have sworn off cigarettes again and now I feel like we will have a better month this next month. I have no business smoking when we are so poor…yes, I am going cold turkey again. sigh.

i wish you luck. i have mood problems and they get real bad when I don’t have my cigs. probably has to do with being spoiled when I was a younger person. cigs to me are like candy to a youngster. same mentality and everything.

Good luck mate. It’s very hard to do but I couldn’t smoke on a pension and had to give it up! Champix worked well for me…You usually end up spending the money elsewhere but health wise it’s the best thing you can do!

thanks everyone…a new tax just added about eighty five cents onto the already high six dollars and eighty five cents I was spending…I am not going to pay $8 dollars a pack. I refuse. I am already feeling pretty jonesy. I guess I’m off to bed…thanks everybody. I appreciate your posting on here.

Mate…over here a pack of 25’s is over $30. I can’t believe guys at the cricket club who smoke tailor mades. It’s well over $1 a smoke!

I wish smokes were 8 dollars a pack. They are 15 a pack in Canada.
I am getting to quit pretty easily right now because I have a sore throat and low energy…takes away all the need to want cigarettes… @rogueone smoking is so bad for you too !!
