@Speedy i have one cup of coffee a day. And the past few weeks it’s been decaf.

Palpitations are scary. I used to have them on clozapine and everyone said it was anxiety but they went away when i stopped the clozapine. So i don’t think it was panic attacks but I’m not sure. I hope you feel better soon.
