Does anyone know the oral equivalent of 150ml paliperidone once monthly injection. Two different doctors told me 9mg but when I look it up on the internet it says 12mg. I live in Australia if that means anything

It doesn’t work like that ml is different from mg the oral is mg but the injection is ml

Completely forgot about that.
Actually I found out in Australia they use 150mg but for some reason it doesn’t equate to 5mg a day. Still confused as to how much it translates to
