Number 3 and 7 are like Achilles heel to me.

Overall I agree with these suggestions, when combined they give rise to an unstoppable force (think Captain Planet lol)

If you can’t walk a mile walk half a mile if you can’t walk half a mile just walk for 5 minutes if you can’t walk for 5 minutes just stand up… Small manageable goals are a key to being productive and doing the every day/week. So consistency.

Slow and steady as they say.
