Didn’t succeed in my ultimate goal. Had hypertension and was close to having a seizure. Just wanted to let u know I’m still alive. Guess i was too much of a sissy to go through it till the end.

When will you see your regular pdoc and therapist next? Now that you’re out of the structured hospital environment, it’s important to work closely with your regular care team.
