I stood up from the couch and felt a horrible, sudden, sharp pain. It’s been going on for an hour. I took Tylenol And ibuprofen but they’re not helping. My husband helped me do stretches which momentarily helped but as soon as I got up I was back in tons of pain again. Ouch!!!

Oh man, sciatica is horrible! Hope it’s just a temporary blip.

My dad has neck pain, I bought him pain patches and he says they help. There is also a cream. But I think these are for muscle pain.

Yeah @anon67051439 , this is definitely nerve pain. I’ve never had this problem before. But people I know have which is how I know what it is. The most I can do is stretching and icing as far as I know.
