Is that I can’t go that long of forgetting to take my morning meds because of effexor. I forgot for 3 hours and the brain zaps started. Oops! That’s a damn good reminder! Lol.

I tend to get a headache if I forget Abilify. But I haven’t forgotten in years though.
I had brain zaps during psychosis because I had stopped my Zoloft and thought it was someone using a machine to alter my mind

My schedule was out of wack today. And my phone alarm failed me. This is the third time in a couple months where I spaced by a few hours.

How’s effexor treating you? I’m still taking 75mg of effexor. I get sleepy on it but other than that it’s ok.
