Almost every day in my mid chest it feels like it is squeezing my chest til I can hardly breathe. The pain in my chest feels almost unbearable. It isn’t like heartburn or anything like that. I lie down on my bed on my front with my fist right on the pain. It lasts 20-30 minutes. Sometimes it will happen more times. Maybe if I die because of lack of care the drs will all stop being jerks.
It’s definetely time to switch doctors.
Drs don’t believe people with mental illness can have physical illness. I don’t think anything will stop their discrimination
@FatMama
What are all your ailments? Can you list them for me please? I want to support you.
Urinary incontinence
Spinal pain (flattened discs)
Dizziness on standing (have fallen several times)
Occasional crushing pain in my chest where I can’t breathe deeply
Constant headache
Occasionally stop breathing followed by huge gasp
Blood pressure fluctuates from low to high
@FatMama
These sound terrible! Is there someone you can take with you to appointments who will advocate for you and hold your doctors accountable to treating you appropriately?
My sister might. I also have a mental health worker
I think it could be very helpful!
Have you done bloodwork?
I’m hoping my pdoc will send me to do bloodwork
I’d get it done at ER with the symptoms you have
www.healthline.com seems like good place for helpful articles

The hospital here is even worse. So many people had to be rushed to the city hospitals because they misdiagnosed. My ex husband’s great niece went to the hospital with severe abdominal pain. They gave her some maalox and sent her home but the parents drove to the city. Her appendix was just on the edge of bursting. They were told 30 min more and she likely would have died.
There are stories like this all the time
Some symptoms are related to stress which can cause electrolyte imbalance
Maybe it’s just heading in the direction I hoped for. As long as my mobility doesn’t get any worse for the next 3 years this maybe this is not such a bad thing.
Your meds may deplete electrolytes too. I got that problem with invega
@FatMama I hope you get another doctor to take care of you dear…I am so sorry you are suffering so much…makes me really sad for you…take care.
My pdoc suggested Gatorade and sweet tea
I’ll be okay
Just hard to be happy when life kicks me down
I would get someone to go with you. I agree w @FlyingPurplePeopleMeeter
