its a love hate feeling with me and food, i am still trying to find my feet with it :frowning: you’d thyink it would be easy but no everything is unhealthy and meat iss murder :frowning: it really screws with my head, i need to eat better.

I eat whatever I want, whenever I want. I’m overweight though and know it is unhealthy. I should make exercise my obsession, not food. Eating makes me happy. Lol, happiness is chocolate!

I love food. I cooked for 5 years at Olive Garden (fast food but Italian) and a year at Victory Brewing. I miss being around food in the kitchen. Unfortunately I barely cook anymore. Somehow schizophrenia messed it up for me. My timing is all off and I just am not any good anymore. Eating is definitely one of my favorite things now. Really one of the few times I feel joy
