On a diet - low blood sugar ☹️

Is like this till my new metabolism stabilises. I get by by telling myself if I am feeling hungry it means I am losing weight.

Try to cut the simple sugars and eat wholegrain carbs because their effect on blood sugar is slower and longer. :slight_smile:

Just had a bowl of porridge with skimmed milk and no sugar. Feel a lot better.

When I was losing weight, I was hungry for nearly two entire months, until my body got used to only eating a healthy amount of food. It was so hard, but so worth it. I believe in you!

I lost 40 lbs, but when I stabilized, I gained five back. I’m not super happy about it, but I am at a healthy weight. I just have to accept that this is the weight my body needs to be in order to function best.
