I shower a few times a week. If I shower everyday I get super dry skin, and I haven’t found a lotion that rehydrates my skin. I’ve tried just about every lotion.

I just brushed my teeth. I’m working on doing that everyday, and I just bought some kids bubble gum toothpaste for the flavor. I don’t know if its as effective as adult toothpaste, but it sure does taste better. I hate the taste of standard toothpaste, it leaves a bad aftertaste.

My last shower was yesterday. It was a halfie shower, which means I washed my body but not my head because I didn’t feel like getting my hair wet. That shower pic looks like it’s from the Bates Motel.

I try to shower every day but it doesn’t happen. It’s more of a goal that keeps me from going too long between. Sometimes I do a shower that doesn’t include my head because it’s easier. This is one of the things my husband thinks is so weird. But I remember when I was recovering from my big episode that it was almost impossible to shower so I feel like doing it at all is good.

I live in the tropics. So showering is a must as I will start to smell after about 12 hours (6 hours with no air-conditioning). However, there’s no cold getting into and out of the shower, so it’s not such a headache :slight_smile: .

I showered yesterday, and I’ll shower tonight so I can be ready to go first thing in the morning to go to the orthodontist. I know if I don’t take that shower tonight to help me get ready, I’ll put it off tomorrow and then try to get out of going to my appointment because I don’t like going out if I’m dirty.
