Off my haldol 5mg for 3 days now. No withdrawal symptoms or rebound effects. Feeling more alert and have more energy. Back to monotherapy Invega just a higher dose from 75mg to 100mg.

Tomorrow is my scheduled pdoc visit. Having anxiety because I dont like leaving the house.

I’m without meds to. My depot wore off. I feel really good today. I was a little unstable the first few days but I think that was my bipolar. I had an epiphany last night and felt so much better after.

Saw the doc. I’m officially off Haldol now. So back to monotherapy. So happy. Next injection next Wednesday and next doctor visit in 6 weeks. In the maxi taxi heading home now. Christian radio station playing in the maxi.
