I felted watched most of the day.
Nothing to call crisis though.
My mood is low and it’s tough.
I really have no where to turn apart from here.
I have no friends no partner and no hope.
I would like someone to support me now in this time

I feel you. As weather got hot all I feel like doing is laying in bed reading on the forum. Some days are tough and puts you down but hang in there, people here are inspiational.

What meds are you on?
Maybe you could talk to your psychiatrist about an antidepressant?
Can the mental health centre help
I’m the same and I have an occupational therapist who I go out with once a week
