My wife and I were supposed to renew our vows in Vegas in 2020. The plan was to get married again by Fat Elvis at a drive thru chapel. 20th anniversary.

Stupid pandemic. Everything was shut down.

If you can tolerate the taste of prune juice, or eat some dried prunes, I would do that. It works well for me.

@TheCanuk , I use Miralax. (Or the store generic version of it). It draws water into the bowels and softens stool to make it easier to go. Itā€™s a stool softener, not a laxative, despite its name. Itā€™s safe and gentle. Metamucil gives me cramping and gas.

The clozapine and iron supplements I take are very constipating, and even tho I drink over a gallon of water a day, I usually use a dose of milk of magnesia once a week to help clear things out. Iā€™ve tried fiber supplements but never had any luck. The only problem with the ā€œMoMā€ is that it REALLY works quick, so I canā€™t plan on going anywhere for a few hoursā€¦:poop:

Well, I think youā€™re partially right @PinCushion . @everhopeful wrote why he died but the story was that he was straining to pass a stool because of constipation and the straining is what caused a heart attack.

Pricilla was 21 and Elvis was 32 when they got married. Not a huge age difference but itā€™s true he started dating her when she was 14 and he was 24.

Try to get an enema if youā€™re still having trouble with that. When Iā€™ve struggled with constipation for days, they were the only thing that worked.
