Now that i've been more active, my least favorite time of the day is

is at night before bed, i just lay awake and try to fall asleep and anticipate the next day. it used to be my favorite part of the day, but now i hate it and just want to be able to fall asleep.

i have 16 hour days, and sleep 8 hours, sometimes a little more or a little less. for some reason i am unable to take naps during the day.
