can be a pathetic situation. I am still learning that very rational, intelligent minds are a lot of people who had the opportunity to learn away from the classroom. And it is stupefying to think one has to depend entirely on school in order to learn. And not very exciting.
When you truly get a master’s degree it means you have mastered schools synthesis.

Well books , other perspectives , etc gives you an idea of how the world exists for other people. So it can help round your character.

Yeah I know what you are talking about , common sense & general people skills. Which are great , but most of the significant people in culture , tend to turn all these things on their head. They do things because they work , and couldn’t care less about norms , expectations and all the rest.
Amen, bro. But conceptual knowledge plus experience has been The Bomb for me. Combined, they dug me out of The (psychotic) Wilderness.
