He’s 12 I think but started watching these videos, it’s all random things. He eats, while just swiping and its noisy topic to topic just looks like chaos, swiping through hundreds of them. How is this interesting? I don’t understand. Do normal adults do the same thing or just a kid thing.

I watch yt shorts sometimes but mostly regular yt videos almost daily.

Yeah, i see the tall shorts, in between normal videos and it’s mostly uninteresting, dancing, too short to be interesting. But the way the music and talking in burst, just sensory overload.

I can’t stand Youtube shorts. I wish there was a way to filter the wretched things out of search results.

My niece and nephew watch them too. I don’t mind them. It’s useless entertainment. I get drawn into them without meaning to sometimes.

I like watching fb shorts - I don’t like the violence videos though which always pop up like people fighting and getting hurt.
Not sure. We have youtube on for my son on tje TV…too much really sonwe are reducing screen time. He does not watch shorts. He likes blippi and watching dinosoars and monster trucks.
