                                                                    Swing - Deep ■■■■■■■ Hardcore.
                                                                                  Snatch - Lean machine, Left arm for me, right one is injured. Light warm up maybe? for heavier snatch : )

I want to live because of this, this makes me afraid of dying.

Injured right arm, Dont focus on the injury. Because off exercise I now burn 800% as easy. 1 second is 8 seconds for the norm. 1 rep is 8 reps. Understand this 1. If I do 1 rep it equals 8 reps to my weak self. Im 8 times as strong now some places. Damn, I did good.
