Gonna do an experiment and not take it for a few days and see if the akathisia comes back. Last depot increase my akathisia resolved after a few weeks.

I would suggest you don’t experiment with your meds. Talk to your doctor.
Ps my pdoc knows I start and stop procyclidine based upon whether or not I have akathisia. He is fine me stopping It if I don’t need it. @GrayBear

But rest assured if the akathisia does come back I will happily resume the procyclidine
I’m on the real Cogentin. I take it for coarse tremors and I recently quit taking it. Because it doesn’t work.
Anticholinergics like procylidine or cogentin never helped when I had akathisia. It has been a long time since I had serious problems with akathisia.
