My front right temple is throbbing. As is the back of my head. Have closed all the curtains and turned the light down low on my phone.
Massaging the neck helps a little too

Mum just came round with some ibuprofen. Turns out her and dad have the exact same headache. We are thinking if maybe our sinuses - maybe a head cold? Can that happen?
my mom gets sinus headaches, but my history suggests concern.
hope the pain pills help. If they don’t, it’s probably a migraine.
Thanks @Daze. Have shut up shop for the day (meaning I have closed the curtains) and will retire to bed
Sounds like a tension headache. Try doing some neck stretches. You can Google images or YouTube videos of you’re not sure how. They’re pretty simple and can really help. Hope you feel better.
Thanks @LED - I was actually thinking of @‘ing you since you, unfortunately, have so much experience with this stuff.
Will do the exercises
I think that’s a migraine. I used to have migraine when I was younger and it’s terrible. In some occasions I ended up at hospital and I was injected diclofenac and metamizol.
When I used to get migraines I’d get blurry vision before and when the pain first started. Usually in just one eye.
Ya. When I had migraines I used to see spots and my face would droop. I looked like I had a stroke.
I can tell if I had a sinus headache when normal pain meds don’t work and it disappears after I’ve gotten some sleep.
