I think severe negative symptoms should be classified under catatonia. APs can worsen catatonia due lowering dopamine effects.
i remmeber i was strange when i was a kid.even in high school.it never goes away.schizophrenia not so much.my dignoses changed from autism to many things.

Maybe because i got sensitive when i used to play music.musicians always more sensitive than normal people.
I was slightly strange. I had not logical ideas, sometimes misinterpreting words, ideas and emotions. Maybe sz is genetic and we have it since we are born idk it shares lots of genes with autism and intellectual disability I read.

try some niacin /folic acid, but imo, risperidone is a goood med in maybe lower dose
