Here’s another story about nicotine and schizophrenia.
I vape my ecig quite a lot to get my dose of nicotine 
But I don’t know if it’s helping my cognitive abilities or not.

Definitely! But they’re like meds, you have to find the right ecig for you. I used a beginner ecig at first (they’re called ‘ego style’) and it was useless.

I second that. Pays to get a good ecig with plenty vape. Until I got this I still smoked tobacco.

I definitely need to vape instead of real smoking. It’s ruining my teeth. But this just confirms what I always thought to be true!
