The fact that they are using Trospium to ameliorate the side effects from Xanomeline doesn’t exactly sound like an ideal setup. Still it’s important that there are more drugs which have different mechanisms of action to d2 antagonists. More options can only be a good thing.

I’m happy on the meds I’m on, just sexual side effects really.

But I keep an eye on this.
