I searched all over the internet and couldn’t find a single KarXT testimonial. Perhaps for reasons of law, people cannot tell the experience.

The one that was very revolutionary was Ulotaront, but it failed in phase 3. Xanomeline was already known in the 90s for its antipsychotic properties. It remains to be seen if it becomes a good treatment. I imagine that for the price we will notice.
