There is a new movie about scitzophrenic ii’s called “Words on a bathroom wall” I viewed the trailer sounds really good but not on streaming yet cheers
I’ve heard of it but I know nothing about it. I just hope its not too depressing
I read the book. Thinking of getting it for my mother for Christmas, but I’m worried it could be too depressing for her… just thinking.
It was good. I liked it

I saw it and I thought it was good
Im kind of eating crow right now. I gave the film a rave review and even did a short Q&A for it, but I had no idea they didn’t consult anyone with the illness. That pisses me off but explains a lot about parts of the movie.
I still personally liked it for what it was, and while I agree with a lot of her points on the issues with the movie, I stand by my POV on how it handles interactions with support systems. That was just so relatable to me, maybe I kind of had tunnel vision for that aspect of the movie.
Overall I like that it wasn’t nearly as depressing as I Know This Much is True, which just sucked the joy out of my body. Maybe I still shouldn’t have championed it so hard? Idk.
i saw it and it was ok
