Went to my junior year prom, it was okay.
My senior year, I was dating as girl who lived 10 hours away, and she couldn’t make it to my prom so I skipped and hungout with my buddy who got barred from prom for getting in a fight on school grounds lol. I always thought the homecoming dances were much more fun. Less formal.
I went to 6 homecomings and 4 proms during my high school career. I was in the punk-weirdo group, but i was popular with the boys. Lol.
I never went to prom.
I probably wouldn’t have a date if I did.
Our college I attended 11/2 years had a ball i went to.
I didn’t have a date.
I hired a dress from 1800 or 1700.
Beautiful fun dress.
I never had a boyfriend as teen til I was 17 .
I had one for a month when I was 13 in Spain.
All my friends had boyfriend’s but I was getting raped or used and bullied for being ugly etc.
I went to the prom my junior year, but my senior year I didn’t want to be bothered. My senior year was one of the worse years of my life. My friend and I used to get a ton of beer and roll a couple of big, fat joints and go out in the country and drive in a way that was insane. We eventually had a wreck. My friend lost his kneecap, and I got my two front teeth broken in half. I have a bridge that falls out every twenty years or so. Considering the way we were driving we got off lucky. A lot of kids get killed doing that kind of thing in high school.
I never went to prom-- just wasn’t too into dances, and I also didn’t think anyone would ask me 
No regrets though 
I never did go either, most of my friends skipped and got zoinked elsewhere. But, I might have gone if I wasn’t schizophrenic at the time. I only had a junior prom to go to because senior prom was canceled due to covid. It wasn’t that I wasn’t well liked, I was just tripping balls by the time prom came around. Plus, I don’t think I would have ever gotten a date. If I had not had a psychotic break the previous year, then perhaps, but it wasn’t in my story to be.
I went to the prom but i dont really remember it.

I think…lawdy, that’s a long, long time ago, but I think I left school right at the beginning of 11th grade. I had no awareness of a dance of any kind, let alone prom. I’ve seen proms on tv and in movies. They seem a lot like popularity contests and for many children just another way to hurt their self esteem. But the other side is some children have a great time and make wonderful memories.
I did NOT go to prom. I hated high school. The kids were mean. I just wanted to graduate and move on.
I went to three.
None of them had the gala I had anticipated.
I skipped prom and hit the bong with friends. No regrets!
Hmm I remember I was at prom one time. Then I also remember being with some friends when prom was happening. So I guess I was there once and the other time I was with 2 friends chilling out.
@SacredNeigh7 , I’m sorry you were sexually abused. I know how painful it is. There are many support groups and centers out there. You seem to really be struggling with this at least lately anyway. You’ve brought it up a few times. That’s ok. I know you’re hurting. Reach out for help and support. Over time, you’ll be glad you did
