Well it’s been a while since I’ve been here. Partly because I went through a tough time and had suicidal tendencies. Started drinking and doing some stuff. Ended up in a psychiatric hospital and now I’m here.
Turns out the meds I was given were making me worse (again) so all in all, I am now on 7.5mg Abilify, 37.5mg Effexor, and 50mg of Trazodone. I think this will be my final med change considering how well I’m going with these changes. I hope it is. Haven’t had any mania or crying spells or hallucinations. Life’s been good! Except for this stupid eating disorder that’s coming back. I always have a tendency to relapse during the winter 
But I digress. Has anyone been on Effexor? It’s doing wonders for me
