Netflix ends DVD rentals in end of era

I buy a DVD once every few months and don’t pay for TV streaming.

I remember when video stores were a thing. Like such big stores and made a lot of money but now just all gone. It’s crazy how fast tech is moving and streaming is having a big impact on the music industry for sure. Strange how there’s people now who never went to a video store to rent a movie!

When my son was growing up we went to Blockbuster all the time. Especially on the weekends. I still have my membership card in case they come back.

Are you kidding me I assumed they stopped this a decade ago

They are no longer the place to go to find anything you want, now that every single production company has its own streaming service, Netflix has to rely on its original content… and unfortunately not even the good series are safe from being canceled for apparently no reason, which is by far my biggest complaint with the service.

Please for the love of god make half as many shows and stop canceling them all.

Just an fyi to those that still use dvds- your local library loans them! And of they don’t have what you want, they can order movies from another in their system.

I send tons of movies out twice a week.
