It seems I’m more tired if I sleep more so what do I do?
- Go to bed in hopes that I can stay awake tomorrow
- Stay up and see if I can fall asleep watching Netflix
- Stay up and drink lots of coffee
- Whatever happens happens

I’m only more sleepy if I take my meds (which totally put me out). There isn’t much I can do about it, so I say just go with the flow. Sz/sza (and our associated meds) affects us in peculiar ways.
I’m not a fan of staying up late anymore. Completely messes up the next day.
Sometimes caffeine can actually put you to sleep. I used to have a hard time sleeping unless I had a cup of coffee, then I would fall asleep nicely.
