I put in an application years ago.
They’ve contacted me, had multiple visits, signed lots of paperwork. I’ve even seen the apartment.
The problem is the owners brother. He is abusing power he doesn’t even have and going over the property managers authority to sneak people in he selects.
He’s already lost his first property manager I met with over this. I was supposed to get the apartment … next morning he moved someone in.
Same thing is about to happen here. I’ve done everything but sign the lease and give my damage deposit and first months rent. I’m in the final process of paperwork needed and here this snake is again trying to sneak someone in before I can finish the process.
I need serious advice here please. I’m already one click away from reporting him to HUD.
