What do I do when I have an anxiety and panic attack?
Ground yourself. Sit down and slow your breathing. Take slow, deep breathes. Relax. Drink lots of water.
Breath in, hold for 5 seconds, breathe out, hold for 5 seconds. Keep repeating.
Its usually easy to handle for me. But its waaaay harder to do anything when the voices play along with it.
Id say to keep taking your meds, make some tea and try relax with some ambient music or something. I usually sit down and listen to smooth jazz while reading the forums.
