Need help can't figure out what this is about

Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev talks of his experience on a rock… please watch this video and decide what this is? Is there any terminology to this? It is making me more and more curious because I can relate to this on a very very small scale. I am not saying I am enlightened or anything… I know I am not… I am suffering from Schizophrenia. But this man is not suffering from any mental illnesses or is he?

Please tell me what you think of it.

@Ninjastar I am tagging you because you said about some hallucinations… is THAT… THIS or is it different? Sorry for the bother.

I can’t watch the video, because I don’t have WiFi here and I can’t waste my data. But I can say that hallucinations don’t always mean schizophrenia. About 20% of people will experience some form of auditory hallucinations at some point. It only becomes a diagnosable condition when the hallucinations interfere with your ability to live a full and productive life. And even when they are diagnosable problems, there are dozens of psychotic disorders that are much more mild and easier to cope with.

I can’t understand very of what Sadhguru is talking about in this video (I think I don’t have enough English skills to understand that). I watched some videos of this guy and some of them make sense for me. I remember one he talks about finding your purpose.

I watched this one here:

@Ninjastar please please read this… this is exactly what he said in the video.

So do you think there is no such thing as enlightenment? Everything is some kind of hallucination?

I think there is no way of proving that one way or the other. So I prefer to only think about things that will help me live a decent life and achieve my goals.

No I think you got it backwards. To name everything a hallucination is sort of limiting. Enlightenment can consist of many things but ultimately it’s about expanding consciousness and is a good experience.

You are right that video you posted is a good one… he speaks on a lot of topics related to human predicament. You can watch more if you like.

I feel like this is getting too close to discussing religion.
