Day 1 mashed potatoes with fish and frozen
vegetablesmix
Day 2 fried potato mash with sausages and apple as
desert
Day3 spaghetti Bolognese
Day 4 fried spaghetti Bolognese
Day 5 curried rice with meatloafs
Day 6 cheese/tomato grilled Lebanese bread spiced
with curraway
Day 7 in summer fruitsalad with yoghurt
in winter warm potato salad with graintoast

Alternative Stews with beans

Breakfast cereals, oats with fruit
Evening a cup of instant soup with bread
Snacks müslibars,fruit

Not to eat junkfood, fast food, softdrinks
Drink lots of water 2L a day.= 8 glasses/cups 250ml
Go for 30 min. walk
