Hello! I was just wondering if anyone on this forum has had a Near Death Experience as a Schizophrenic? As in died and came back. Was it positive or negative? I’m trying to alleviate some death anxiety for myself, it’s become an issue. Thanks!

There’s plenty of stories out there on the internet of NDEs. Also out of body experiences.
I don’t know if anyone here has had one though.

Once in sleep paralysis i thought i was dead. For almost 10 mins.

There are shows on YouTube with interviews of people who died and came back and what they experienced.
I’ve had near death experiences but I’ve never fully died and come back
I only had a ketamine induced “near death experience”. It wasn’t a real near death experience. But i left my body. Floated in space. Thought the whole world never existed. It was pretty terrifying.

I died after a car wreck. My heart stopped.
It was just like being asleep or unconcious.

10-20% of people have them. I was so worried, but I’m not anymore.
During Ayahuasca ceremony I had experienced death as body disolved into the earth and consciesnes into the universe
