Name some non curse word exclamations

Just caught myself saying “Jiminy Christmas” to my dad this morning about my dog continuing to bark while looking out the window this morning. “Jiminy Christmas, the dog will not stop barking” or something to that effect.

Anyway, it made me think that maybe it might be interesting to see what exclamations people use. Maybe we will learn a new one or 2 so that we can express our surprise or anger, or whatever appropriately.

I use “You Jammy Dodger” to excess when I’m angry at my video games. For the record I never yell this at my loved ones. My children think it’s a curse word but I made it up because I don’t swear around the kiddos. Now they call me Mommy Dodger when I’m angry about something. :woman_shrugging:t2:

I use “Cobblers” alot. Its an East End London Term.

Its from when in victorian times - the women would shun a man cos hes shoes were not shiny when dating. As in - go see the cobblers.
