My voices have been really quiet but still audible for a few months now, does this mean i no longer have psychosis or is it just the meds

like I don’t know exactly how but ever since I started taking 10 mg Zyprexa 6 months ago my voices have been really quiet, I’m not even on Zyprexa anymore now I’m on Geodon 60 mg twice a day and they are still the same volume, I went off meds for 3 weeks when switching meds and my voices were still quiet, would they be like this permanently if I stopped taking meds altogether, I still have some other symptoms but the voices have not gotten any louder

If youre still having symptoms, however quiet, I wiuldnt to off meds

All my symptoms go away. Not the slightest​ symptom. I’ve gone off my meds twice. Ended up in the ER both times. Your meds are helping I would say. I’d love to try to go off my meds but can’t put my family through that again.

It’s the medication. Schizophrenia doesn’t just go away.
