Calmed down quite a bit but i still hear them and im scared

I’ve never heard voices but does it help to distract yourself? I mean instead of concentrating on your voices maybe concentrate on a movie or something else depending on what time of day it is there. Some music maybe?

Its really hard to distract myself since its coming from my brain. I can kind of listen to music but the voices come through the music the only thing that helps is to lie in bed
