My surgeon got approval for 4 different bladder surgeries over the next few months. It’s scares me a bit. Why so many up front? Is he anticipating problems? I mean he did say I might need multiple bladder ablations but I would have thought we would plan one at a time. I hope I’m not annoying you guys with my insecurities about this

I’m glad they are acting fast and I really hope it works out, I will pray that you get better after the treatment and you heal quickly and as easily as possible.

Sheesh. Surgery is always scary. I hope it goes well and fixes everything. Be aware what might come out of your mouth after anesthesia. I slightly remember telling my nurse that i didnt want painkillers cause my roommate was addicted to them. Specifically i recall i said “cause shes a crackhead,”

I am nervous about my hernia surgery coming up too…sorry you might need more than just one surgery…they will take care of you I know…just trust the doctor…all you can do really.

I think it’s actually a good thing that your surgeon is being proactive about getting approvals up front for multiple surgeries. That way it’s one less hurdle to cross should you need additional surgeries.
