Tomorrow I plan to wake up at 8am, eat breakfast, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, shower and go for an hour hike with my friend, go for a meeting at Starbucks and order a grande Nitro Cold brew with Caramel foam,go to the post office, walk along the lake with my friend, eat lunch at home maybe a salad or beets with lean protein, go online, eat dinner a strawberry smoothie and sleep early.
Sounds great. Having plans really helps and routine is good. Try walking for 30 minutes , 3 days a week and you’ll feel some benefit. Hope you enjoy your day!
Over the last few weeks I do very badly when I have no plans. So I am making plans now, especially on days when I do not work.
