My new iPhone SE is useless.
The battery drains extremely fast.
I contacted Apple and they said that there were no issues with the software or hardware of my phone.
I know that the new SE has poor battery life but this is ridiculous!
I’m charging my phone up to 3 times a day!
Apple states that it’s not iOS 14
I don’t know what to do?
I just bought this phone!

Gotta be defective. You shouldn’t have to charge it that much. Is it too late to get them to swap it out with another one?

That totally sucks. I would take it back and get something else.

Did you try to factory reset it? The SE has a smaller battery than other iPhones. Was it better before iOS 14?

I hate that when a cellphone drains too fast. The phone I have now isn’t too bad. I only get inexpensive android phones though. I’m afraid of spending a lot of money, then not being happy with it.

@agent101g @Leaf
I can’t swap to another phone.
The 45 days are over.
My cell phone provider told me to contact Apple and they are washing their hands from the whole thing.
I contacted Apple and they are in denial.
I may contact my cell phone provider again.
I am so frustrated!

I don’t want to reset my phone @Aziz .
Yes it was better before iOS 14 but according to Apple it’s not a software issue?
I don’t think so.
