My pdoc told me that

my inappropriateness on the (volunteer) job is caused by my sza illness. So, he ordered me to attend individual therapy. I have an appointment with a therapist, (male), on the 9th of August in the afternoon.

Ho do you feel about that? How innapropriate were you and do you agree with him?

I work in a nursing home as a volunteer. I never think that my actions or statements are “inappropriate”. But, the staff nurses and my bosses always think otherwise.

What did you do @SkinnyMe?
Why were you inappropriate?

What Wave said.

I myself am completely un aware of my inappropriateness until it is pointed out to me that what I’ve said or done is wrong. It is always a complete surprise to me.

For instance, this one young man about 20 years old in a wheelchair, indicated that he was too warm and indicated that he wanted his shirt off. So, I helped him take his shirt off. Well, that was a No No according to the staff.

I see. I can imagine why they would say that and also why you would do that. I do some voluntary work with adults with learning disabilities. I constantly worry about appropriateness.

How long have you been there?

I’ve been working there for the last year.

So you don’t need more of them! It sounds like an odd situation. 9th August is quite a long wait.
