It has broccoli, cheese , chicken and rice in it. We had it last week and it was a hit. I love casseroles. Do you know of any good casseroles to make?

I do easy ones when I’m camping where I throw a can of Campell’s cream of Chicken on the bottom of a loaf pan, layer with frozen veg like peas, carrots, corn, and green beans, top with some mozza, and then top again with puff pastry and bake. The soup on the bottom bubbles up through the ingredients and gives you a nice casserole.

Sure, I make Mexican ground beef or turkey, beans and rice casseroles every now and then. If you have a lot of something in your pantry like dried beans, pasta or rice then just type pasta casserole into ChatGPT or rice and beans casseroles.

I like casseroles but don’t make them much since I’m only cooking for one. They have a good tater tot casserole at my clubhouse.
