My mind went from hero to zero

I now suspect my problem might be due to me stopping l-theanine abruptly.

Im taking L-theanine again, possible withdrawal?

I felt really off the yesterday and today. Coincidently, I stopped taking l-theanine as I felt it no longer helped my anxiety. So either: I was going through l-theanine withdrawal It was helping in other ways even though it wasn’t really helping with anxiety Both of the above. I suspect the answer might be 3. I’ve just taken 400mg of l-theanine again now, so will see what effect that has. I was experiencing mild confusion (really mild) and mild dizziness, and trouble thinking straight.
