I don’t think my life will last much longer. I felt like screaming today but couldn’t get it out. I have been getting messages about this in my whereabouts. Sometimes I’m freaked out by this, other times I am happy to be done because I have a ■■■■ sz life.

Yeah I get mixed feelings about this too sometimes when I’m severely depressed I feel like I want it to end but then I get help usually but not always a med change and most of the time I really do enjoy life and I hope someday you will feel that kinda balance too I hope it’s soon

I was obese 148kg taking bp and cholesterol meds. I was scared of dying of a heart attack. 6 months ago I started a diet doing intermittent fasting, went down to 112kg and don’t need meds anymore. I am not scared of a heart attack anymore.

I’m sorry. I’m just having a tough time mentally. I feel like I will die because the world is telling me so. I get messages and other signs in my environment. I don’t feel very well. I don’t want to be alive really like this. With this constantly weighing on me.
Let your Dr know. Maybe you need med adjustment.

What I think is there’s always hope that things can get better I’ve been on the “it’s hopeless” road many times before and I think some of it made me a better person than I was before it’s not easy at all giving up seems like it’s a option but then you don’t stand a chance of your life getting any better and from my experience the “good aspects of life” are amazing I honestly believe in you I really do I’m not just motivational speaking I’m saying how I truly feel

I sometimes feel like I hope it will end, my nurse gave me a shot yesterday and I noticed she didn’t get the air out of the needle before she gave the shot to me and I didn’t care, so if I get a air embolism no big deal.
