I remember in the past my identity was dominated by being diagnosed with sz. That is I was a schizophrenic and there were no other facets to my identity. Later I realized that it’s much mire complicated than that. I am a multidimensional person and Sz is a small part of who I am.

Yeah of course, being a schizophrenic may give you insights into specific aspects of personalities that may have been alien to you prior to the condition but ultimately you remain a human being with your unique experience and perspective.
