I’ve put my heating blanket on, but I’ve got my sister working in the spare bedroom with no heat. It’s supposed to get cold enough to snow tomorrow. I hope they show up and get it fixed today. I don’t want my sister to freeze to death in there.

I called the office and they said the heater isn’t getting fixed today. I asked if they could bring me a heater. She said they would. That way I can heat the room where my sister is at least. The weather posted a winter storm advisory for our area. It’s going to be nasty later.

What’s your take on electric blankets? I for one love them but some people find the wires uncomfortable.

I’m cuddled up in one right now. I got my first one when I moved in with my sister and she kept the house so cold and I’ve never been without one ever since. I absolutely love them.

ah that’s chilly, brrrr. I don’t mind if it’s just over freezing point but i prefer a bit warmer.
