My "heart-brain connection" is no longer a secret

Now even Forbes mentioned “our second brains is in the heart”.

Technically, my heart’s neural tissue is advanced to the degree that she is overdoing everything (inside out and outside in).

I don’t know about gut-brain, but heart-brain is a good replacement for schizophrenic’s brain.
That inner voice was coming from my heart. Unlike the auditory- (or pseudo-) hallucinations, the inner voice is uplifting.

Recent studies show that heart beat can have impact on our brains.

Do you believe that we have two brains?

  1. Yes, brain and heart-brain, 2 brains.
  2. No. I believe brain, gut-brain and heart-brain, 3 brains.
  3. No. I believe “the brain that sits in our cranium” only.

It’s a metaphor. You only have one brain. They’re talking about your limbic system, which is still located in your original brain.

:smiley_cat: mine too

Plus I started rotating probiotics a few months ago and have seen a large improvement in mood, motivation and stability. There have been other changes, too, but my gut tells me that there’s a connection :smirk_cat:

Glad the chatter is taken care of! This could easily become a shitty conversation, but we did well

did you know that when people die before the last exhale, they lose like 2-3oz of weight. I seen a docu on History about how a scientist was trying to prove that proved we all had inner spirits that left our physical body when we die.

To me, it makes sense that as we’ve evolved the heart would interact with the brain to provide relief from the usual survival-mode perception of the world. Crying itself is considered an evolutionary advantage because it releases cortisol from the heart. At least the right kind of crying. Negative crying doesn’t provide any relief and actually has the opposite effect.

The question of whether or not the brain itself is fully responsible for Reality as a whole never gets questioned, though. Not surprising though in this materialistic driven dog-eat-dog society which only uses “facts” to bolster people’s egos and provide false senses of security in that the “Scientists” are doing their best to understand the world. They’re not. They never consider the philosophical importance of questioning and understanding perception/sight. If they had, then they’d consider that what we see is only what is provided for us to see with our limited understanding and tools. It’s
purposeful self-delusion to think that the world as it’s seen is all that Reality is.
