My grandmother is dying

We are in my parents’ home, all the family together with her. She is still alive, but she is near death. I feel devastated.

Thank you so much. It’s being a very tough night. She wakes up every 15 or 20 minutes. We don’t know exactly what she wants. It’s dificult to understand what she says.
