Congrats! First child is always scary, but you’ll be ok. I had my first at 18, hubby was 20. Then we had second I was 20, and third I was 21. May not recommend doing it that way, but get that first outta the way and it just kinda rolls.

Think of it as a challenging and rewarding experience at the same time with an outcome that is impossible to predict now but will more likely to be successful if you put a lot of sacrifice and effort into it. Congratulations.

Nice one @Green! Its bloody great to be a daddy. Expect alot of stressful situations and late nights. Keep a close eye on your MH wellbeing - cos it might suffer a bit (from experience) . Well done mate.

The happiest day of my life was when my daughter was born. Children will amaze you.
When Sparrow was just born I used to check her at night to make sure she was breathing. With Sam I didn’t. When they’re little like that you can’t really see their chests move up and down.
