My first doc told me I would definitely likely have another episode. I was extremely scared of the prospect that kept me on meds. But it took 10 years to have the second one.. it was because I went off meds with permission.,… and now 5 years into remission of the second one.

I’m glad meds help you so successfully.

I’m on 2 APs and still have beliefs others say are delusions
